Library of the Institute of Comparative Law is a public library and its fund is available for use with payment of symbolic membership. Library also provides photocopying services at available prices, as well as use of internet.
Library contains over 23,000 of publications from the field of law.
In addition to books, library also receives scientific and professional periodicals, mostly from abroad.
